On November 7-10, 2022, DWGP attorneys Lisa Gast, Peter Scanlon, Keith Gordon, and Gelane Diamond presented at the American Public Power Association (“APPA”) Legal & Regulatory Conference held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The in-person conference offered three days of keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Lisa Gast presented on Environmental Equity and Reliability in the Transitioning Energy Landscape. Keith Gordon and Peter J. Scanlon presented on Purchase Power Agreements: What Sellers Want. Lastly, Gelane Diamond presented on Applying for Infrastructure Funding: Options for Public Power.
