Experience

Ms. Diamond began her career with Firm as a Summer Associate in 2020.  Upon graduating from law school in 2021, Ms. Diamond continued with the Firm as an Associate Attorney.  Ms. Diamond assists clients in practice areas relating to energy, electric reliability, hydropower, environmental, regulatory, and administrate law. 

During law school, Ms. Diamond served as a legal intern for the New Civil Liberties Alliance, where she conducted legal research and wrote memoranda analyzing various administrative law issues.  Additionally, Ms. Diamond interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, where she expanded upon her experience with regulatory, administrative, and environmental law.  Ms. Diamond also served as a student fellow for the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State, where she conducted research and edited the Center’s working papers on various topics in administrative law.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Diamond interned at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Legislative Affairs.  In this capacity, Ms. Diamond attended Congressional hearings and drafted memoranda regarding the policies discussed at such hearings.
