DWGP Presented EUCI Course on Utility Contracts

On July 18-19, Peter Scanlon, Sean Neal, Keith Gordon, Nina Wu, Kevin Kurzeja, and Gelane Diamond of DWGP presented on the topic of “Working with Electric Utility Contracts for Non-Lawyers.”  This course provided insight into key terms and provisions of electric utility contracts, ranging from power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, and operations and maintenance agreements.  In addition, DWGP described their experiences in negotiating electric utility contracts and strategies to help attain the best results for companies and customers, as well as current tax crediting rules of interest in electric energy contracting.  DWGP is proud to continue its collaboration with EUCI in providing practical, current content and training for the energy industry.  For more information, please see EUCI’s website description of the course.
