In addition, we have extensive experience working with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) form agreements for energy related financial transactions. For project development, we assist clients in the in a broad array of regulatory framework, from procurement processes to permitting and interconnection. Also, DWGP represents numerous cooperative utilities in electric regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state regulatory commissions, nationwide. On policy matters facing the broader electric industry, DWGP is honored to work closely with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) in crafting joint cooperative positions on policy matters.
