Keith Gordon Speaks on ESG Panel at Solarplaza Asset Management Conference

On April 9, 2024 at the Solarplaza Summit Asset Management North America conference in San Diego, CA,  DWGP attorney Keith Gordon participated on a panel of industry experts to discuss the topic, “How Asset Management Contributes to a Sustainable and Just Future”. The panel focused on how companies are maximizing their current and future solar facilities to address ESG considerations, going beyond traditional metrics to embrace sustainability, social impact, and governance standards.  Keith’s focus was on what legal concerns or issues our clients are facing at the crossroads of renewable energy project development, ESG requirements or goals, and the incentives under IRA, including domestic content, prevailing wage, and apprenticeship requirements.
