On October 23-24, Sean Neal, Nina Wu, Gelane Diamond, and Kevin Kurzeja of DWGP will present on the topic of “FERC Compliance and Enforcement for Electric Utilities.”
This course will provide insight into the regulatory requirements with which market actors and utilities must comply, including with regard to tariffs and rates, reliability, and market behavior and trading practices. Best practices for preparing for audits, as well as approaches to investigations and alleged violations, will be discussed. The course is intended to help those in the electric and natural gas industries navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
