DWGP Engages Industry Leaders Nationwide

DWGP attorneys recently participated in multiple energy conferences nationwide.  Lisa Gast, Sean Neal, and Andrea Sarmentero Garzón attended the Oct. 15-18, 2023 American Public Power Industry (APPA) Legal and Regulatory Conference in Seattle, Washington.  Speaking on Electric Reliability Trends and Predictions, Lisa Gast and Sean Neal provided insight for counsel and regulatory professionals in preparing for the challenges faced by public power in their mission keeping the lights on.  Keith Gordon moderated and spoke on the topic of workforce development in the renewable energy space at the TenneSEIA Tennessee Valley Solar + Storage Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the largest conference of its type in TVA’s territory.  In addition, Jeff Genzer participated at the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon.  DWGP enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect with friends and meet new people engaged in public power.
