As part of its efforts to bring vital utility services to homes across the Navajo Nation, the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority ("NTUA") has deployed on-site solar units at more than 170 remotely located homes. Through its long-term representation of NTUA, DWGP provided support for the project, including providing legal assistance for project financing and regulatory compliance. This is just one of the innovative projects NTUA is advancing and for which DWGP proudly provides legal, regulatory, legislative and project development assistance. National Public Radio recently featured the on-site solar project on its Morning Edition program.
