Theju Prasad

Mr. Prasad is a non-attorney staff analyst at Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C. He is responsible for research and analysis of federal and state environmental and energy regulation, including issues related to climate change and generation of renewable energy. His research areas also include carbon mitigation technologies, electricity transmission and pricing issues, and carbon markets. Mr. Prasad also conducts due diligence research to support project development, acquisitions and joint ventures.
During law school, Mr. Prasad served as a clinic intern at the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Law Center in Wilmington, Delaware where he counseled citizen groups; presented environmental issues to local and state environmental regulators; drafted federal and state Freedom of Information requests and assisted in pre-litigation negotiations for compliance orders.
