Mr. Dupre is a senior paralegal with Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C. Mr. Dupre possesses 18 years of experience in the field of energy regulatory law with a concentration in electric market restructuring. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Dupre served as the Senior Regulatory Paralegal for the global energy practice group of a British-based law firm, Cameron McKenna. During his time at Cameron McKenna, Mr. Dupre was part of the legal team that assisted in the design and implementation of the initial market design in California, including the creation of the California Independent System Operator Corporation, California Power Exchange, and their respective tariffs.
