Lauren Perkins Presents on Federal Topics to Colorado Cooperatives

DWGP attorney Lauren Perkins presented on October 7, 2022 at the Colorado Rural Electric Association's 2022 Fall Legal Seminar in Denver, Colorado.  Her presentation, ‘Federal Topics of Current & Future Interest to Colorado Coops,’ focused on the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act ("PURPA") Section 111 standards, as well as on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Order No. 2222 applications regarding distributed energy resource aggregations’ participation in organized markets.  DWGP thanks the Colorado cooperative community for having a discussion on these timely matters.
