Jeff Genzer, Vice-President of DWGP, participated as a panelist on a webinar held on January 28, 2021 entitled, “US Clean Energy: The Next Four Years.” Jeff discussed expected action by the new Administration and Congress in the energy arena, including climate actions, stimulus, infrastructure, executive action, tax and authorizing legislation. He also discussed possible action by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to facilitate state “clean energy” policies. There were over 1000 attendees who participated in the webinar.
