DWGP offers a comprehensive summer program for a select few law students from across the country. Our summer program is our primary attorney recruiting tool, and DWGP invests significant resources to train summer associates for their careers following law school. We’re excited to introduce this year’s summer associates. Please take a few minutes to learn more about them.
Adriana Chavez is a rising 3L at UC Davis School of Law (King Hall), where she focuses on energy and environmental law with an emphasis on public power, equity, and administrative governance. At UC Davis, she has completed coursework in Energy Law, Environmental Law, Administrative Law, and earned the Environmental Law Certificate. Additionally, she served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Environs Environmental Law & Policy Journal, Diversity Chair of King Hall’s Environmental Law Society and is the current President of the Renewable Energy Law Society (RELS).
As a first-generation student from Ventura County, CA, Adriana is committed to pursuing legal work that advances environmental justice and supports public-serving institutions. Outside of work, she can be found hiking, trying new coffee shops, or cooking up a new recipe. Everyone looks forward to working with Adriana in our Sacramento, CA office.
Megan Webster is a rising 3L at The George Washington University Law School. She grew up in Plano, TX, and attended undergraduate school at Indiana University, where she studied Environmental Science and Public Policy. She is interested in renewable energy resources and the implementation of sustainable energy systems, as well as public policies that promote energy and environmental equity. In her free time, she enjoys skiing and being outdoors, frequently walking around D.C. with family and friends. We are excited to have Megan in our Washington, D.C. office.
Anne Vicari is a rising third-year student at the George Washington University Law School interested in environmental and energy law. She is a member of the GW Journal of Energy and Environmental Law and a member of the GW International Law Society and the GW Latin American Law Student Association. When she is not at the library, she enjoys running along the Potomac, trivia nights, and rooting for the Maryland Terps. We are pleased to welcome Anne to our Washington, D.C. office.
Griffin Krawitz is a rising 3L at William & Mary Law School from Thousand Oaks, CA. He is a former federal campaign staffer who is interested in federal environmental/energy law and regulation. Griffin’s interests include playing musical instruments, basketball, and watching Dodgers baseball. We're happy to have Griffin join our Washington, D.C. office.
