DWGP was established April 1, 1971 by attorneys who sought to address the energy and environmental issues that mattered most to our clients. From obtaining the first injunction issued under the National Environmental Policy Act, to successfully advocating some of the earliest electric municipalization efforts in the country, to championing our clients’ efforts at accessing electric transmission independence, and to helping build out renewable energy independence for Native American Tribes, DWGP is grateful to our clients for entrusting us with issues of lasting consequence.
